We're sorry to see you go. Here's how termination works according to our statutes – simple, transparent, no hurdles.
How to terminate
- In writing: Send a written notice by email (kontakt@lexo.tax) or post (Lexo.Tax e.V., Oberaustr. 34, 83026 Rosenheim).
- Notice period: Three months before the end of the calendar year (i.e. by 30 September).
- Confirmation: We confirm receipt and the effective date in writing.
What happens next
- We file any pending return for the current year if the work has already started.
- Your data is kept for the statutory retention periods (up to 10 years per § 147 AO), then deleted.
- You can request an export of your documents at any time.
