Your right to withdraw

  • You have the right to withdraw from your membership contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded (i.e. when your membership is accepted).
  • To exercise your right, send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw – by post or email to kontakt@lexo.tax.

Consequences of withdrawal

  • We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal.
  • If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the point of withdrawal.
